With the release of CST STUDIO SUITE® 2014, advances have been made to offer a more efficient approach for the simulation of both individual components and full systems. This webinar will demonstrate the new features available in CST STUDIO SUITE and their application to microwave, RF and optical devices. Different components require different simulation methods and we will show how CST tools can help achieve robust, integrated designs through various worked examples.  This webinar is part of CST's 2014 series. After completing his PhD in Electronic Engineering, with a focus on dielectric material characterization, he did post-doctoral studies at NIST in Boulder, Colorado, and at the University of Karlsruhe in Germany, with a focus on EM wave propagation in buildings and small antenna design respectively.
